When we partner with Companies, we will tell your unique story to engage the passive, high performers that everyone is looking for. There are a number of parts to the story that I’ll cover another time, but today is more about the structure of the story and what we see as a complete narrative.

Every story has a beginning, a middle and an end. This storytelling is how we structure the narrative around your brand to build trust and capture the imagination.

The beginning of the story is the journey that you’ve taken to get to where you are now. The lessons learnt and the improvements made. It could also be digging up some negative reviews and addressing them head-on with the candidates.

The middle is where you are today. The problems your solution solves, the quality of the support offered, the wins you’re having and the compelling story you currently have.

The end is all about the future. Where could the Company go, where are the future opportunities, and what is the future earning potential based on all of these factors.

The beginning builds trust, the middle builds credibility, and the end captures the imagination.

Put these three together in a well-executed search with buy-in from both parties, and you win much more often than you lose.
