    The SXSW Tech event made its debut in Australia this year and was attended by our resident AI enthusiast, Nick Matthews, who has also led our growth into the US market. Opportunities for face-to-face contact with Clients are becoming increasingly rare, so it was good to return to the fundamentals of human interaction.

    Nick has continued to build relationships with US and Australian VCs that are looking for a recruitment partner with hands-on experience in creating job descriptions, building out processes and attracting high-calibre talent for start-ups and scale-ups.

    There’s a lot of misinformation out there about effective GTM strategies, and so we aim to cut through the noise with real-world knowledge and Case Studies on what best practices look like (and what it doesn’t) when building out a Sales and marketing function.

    This month, we also welcomed Melandri Stander to the team, who comes with more than 7 years’ recruitment experience and a wealth of knowledge recruiting Senior Tech roles Internationally. Mel has hit the ground running and is well on track to make her first two placements in the coming week.

    She is working with a number of EV Charging Clients and other Green Tech Businesses and has a thirst for knowledge that makes her a formidable ally if you are scaling your team.
