This month also saw an uptick in candidate traffic to the Pulse Recruitment site, with a large volume of high-performing, “passive” talent reaching out to us directly to explore options. Some of these candidates have been waiting for commission<\/a> payments to clear, with others looking for more stable work environments after Company redundancies.<\/p>\n
