Below are the top 5 complaints\u00a0that we try to avoid at all costs;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Overrepresenting the base salary to the market:<\/strong>\u00a0This can lead to disappointment and frustration when candidates find out that the actual salary is lower than what was originally advertised. It can also damage the company&#8217;s reputation and discourage top talent from considering future job opportunities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sending candidates that are not engaged or excited about the opportunity:<\/strong>\u00a0If the candidate is not fully engaged, we are putting\u00a0a square peg into a round hole, and this will never end well.
