As the Nasdaq continued to correct and the post-COVID disregard for fundamentals when investing in Tech has shifted, so too has local market sentiment (but only to an extent). On the fringes, we are seeing more caution around hiring, and for the first time since 2020, there have been redundancies made and downsizing of local sales and marketing teams. In the main, though, demand still outstripped supply, and strong candidates that have been made redundant are still being snapped up quickly.<\/p>\n
